We do not share personal information. All information gathered during transactions is used specifically by French's Fine Fotos for the sole purpose of customer contact/relations and order fulfillment. No information acquired during your visit or purchase will be forwarded, sold, traded or mailed to any outside entities under any circumstance apart from what may compelled by law. Methods
Your purchase is a custom order. Our goal is to ship within 2 weeks of your order date, depending on destination and delivery mode.
Rush
Rush orders incur additional charges. This can be requested at an extra 15% charge on your total order. However, as orders are custom made, the same amount of time is still needed to prepare your order and the "rush" is simply taking your order out of the standard printing and shipping queue and moving it into the "paying for working late at night" printing and shipping queue. Rush shipping will take place upon completion of your order. Please contact us if you need to place a rush order.
Returns
Satisfaction is guaranteed on every order. All purchases carry a 7-day from date of shipping from French's Fine Fotos) "no hassle" return on undamaged items less shipping costs. Any other return will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will take into consideration the reason for the return as well as the condition of the returned product before evaluating any refund.
Packaging
Each photograph is individually secured to a stretcher or cardboard shipping card, eliminating the need for framing. Each print is carefully inspected before shipping. Then the secured photographs are bundled with bubble wrap or air packed with "peanuts" and placed inside a larger container for shipping. Quantities of larger prints may be rolled and shipped in cardboard tubes.
Cost
Shipping charges are based on total merchandise purchased. The following table reflects shipping charges that will be added to orders shipped in the United States:

Orders
Orders can be placed by using our simple online store. As you click on the "Add to Cart" button under your selected picture, you will automatically be presented with a "Shopping Cart" page. You can modify the quantity desired when on the cart page, delete the item, return and shop some more or move on to the checkout process. The appropriate shipping/handling charges are automatically calculated and included in the charge total. Sales Tax will be applied to customers in New Mexico. The checkout process will gather the necessary information for PayPal or credit card payment and provide an order confirmation upon authorization. Please note that it is not necessary to create a PayPal account in order to purchase from us. From the Shopping Cart page, you will click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the next screen (titled "Enter Payment Information"), you may enter your PayPal email address and password and click "Continue" if you want to use your PayPal account for payment. Alternatively, you can "Click here" where prompted if you don't have a PayPal account.
Delivery
Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery (or contact us for a "rush order").
Security
Online store purchases are handled through PayPal. They employ the latest technologies available today to insure a secure credit card transaction.
Payment Methods
Payment for all orders placed through our online store are handled by PayPal. Funds for payment can be supplied through VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards or alternately, through funds already existing in your PayPal account.
All monies are due in United States dollars and payable in full prior to authorization for shipping. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to New Mexico customers.
Quality
The paper and processes used in the creation of each photograph are of the highest quality using the most current technologies available. All of our pictures are delivered as premium lustre prints. You are purchasing the print only - no matting or frame. Prints are perfect for the home or office. All prints are custom manufactured using archival inks and high quality acid-free archival paper.
Format and Image Size
The size of our prints are designed to fit most commercially made frames. However, we do offer "custom sized" prints as well. Please contact us for sizes not listed.

Please note that not all sizes are available for all photographs. Make sure the size you want is appearing as an available size on the catalog page.
The total price for each order will include shipping and sales tax (for New Mexico residents). We normally ship via USPS (First Class/Insured or Priority/Insured), UPS (Ground) or FedEx (Ground).
Many people do not realize that these print sizes vary in proportions. For example, the proportions of an 8˝ x 11 photo when compared to an 11 x 14 are wider. But the proportions of that same 8˝ x 11 photo when compared to a 13 x 19 are actually narrower. This proportional mismatch is unavoidable.
What this means to a discriminating photo buyer is that a photo you order may be cropped with slight differences compared to the preview from which you ordered.
Normally, differences between the original preview and the final print are unnoticed by most people. But, again, to those who expect an exact cropping match, this proportional mismatch may be disappointing. Images may or may not be printed with a white border. Therefore, if you have any concerns about the cropping of a photograph that you order from us, please contact us before you order. Each order we fill is customized and is not readily available or stored in a warehouse. Therefore, returns are not accepted based on unexpected cropping.
Source
Most of the photographs represented here were taken with very high resolution digital cameras although many photos were taken with traditional film cameras. The film images were scanned with high resolution scanners to maintain integrity and quality of the original image. The prints offered on this site are printed using very high resolution photographic printers on archive quality paper which when displayed in proper lighting and temperature conditions, can last up to 60 years, a point in time of which even traditional prints can start to fade.
Matting and Framing
Matting and framing are not offered in conjunction with any print purchased here because of the wide diversity of needs for color and artistic blending of frame styles with décor applications. In special circumstances, we might be convinced to help you. If you absolutely have to have the print matted and framed, contact us for assistance.
Difference between internet images and purchased product
All of the larger size displayed images have the word “sample” watermarked on the face of the image. This is to show that the images are owned by French’s Fine Fotos and are not for public use without a license agreement. The fine art print that you purchase will not have this watermark on it. However, your purchase is not an agreement for commercial or publication use (see the sections titled “Availability of digital format” and “Copyrights”).
The images on this website are intended as previews only, allowing photo buyers to compare and consider the images we have available for sale as prints (certain restrictions apply, including moral and ethical use).
Availability of Digital Format
If you are interested in purchasing licensing of images in commercial, editorial, advertising, promotional or other publication uses, please contact us.
The licensing of our images may only be contracted by written agreement. Each agreement is individually prepared for an expressed purpose and will be documented in writing. Usage rights are activated only upon payment of invoice and delivery of our signed contract.
