Photography of the Desert Southwest

We love the desert Southwest and hope you do too! Check out our plant and animal photography - there are both scenic portraits as well as individual close-ups. We've posted many of our favorite plant and animal pictures but if you don't see what you're looking for, give us a holler and we'll check the archives.

If you're looking for birds, we've got 'em.

You will find a wide variety of egrets, cranes, raptors and more than a few ducks and geese. We've even sprinkled in a few hummingbirds and other more delicate feathered friends.

We've got lots of plants - mostly the prickly variety in these parts.

You would be surprised what blooms in the desert. From the very small to the large and tall, we have lots for you to choose from.

And if you want "four footers", you've come to the right place!

Whether its got fur or scales; horns, fangs or claws... We love to catch them but only through our lenses for you to enjoy with us.
